5 July: John Dunmore's Boogie Band
Great for dancing or just tapping your feet. The first time this band have played the Waterworks.
19 July: Dave Donohoe's Jazz Band
One of our most popular bands - they've played for our Christmas Party but we couldn't wait that long to get them back.
On 19 July only we will be at The Nautical Club, 5/6 Bishopsgate Street, Birmingham B15 1ET instead of our usual venue.
2 August: Sussex Jazz Kings
A rare opportunity to catch this band in the Midlands. Great classic jazz from a happy bunch of musicians (Dave Stradwick leads on cornet) who create a buzzy atmosphere. Their wide repertoire of trad numbers means super music and an enjoyable evening for aficionados or first timers.
16 August: Savannah Jazz Band
With their exciting New Orleans style, Savannah are always in great demand. John Meehan leads on drums and the strong front line features Rod Chambers (reeds).
6 September: Jeff Milner's Delta Friends
A group of experienced New Orleans players who get together once a year for a tour; includes Annie Hawkins, Taff Lloyd, Peter Wright.
20 September: Dave Moorwood's Rascals of Rhythm
The Rascals revisit the era of swinging carefree jazz of the 1930's. Outstanding American singer Susan Valliant Spear provides vocals.
4 October: Hot Banana
Exuberant blend of jump jive and swing: pianist/ vocalist Simon Banks with Matt Palmer and dazzling trombonist Kevin Grenfell. Great fun, especially for the dancers.
18 October: Blue Magnolia Jass Orchestra
Liverpool's hottest band, unbelievably celebrating 40 years - though the line-up has changed since 1968.
