About the Waterworks Jazz Club, Birmingham

In November 2010, the Waterworks Jazz Club celebrates 40 years at the heart of the Midlands jazz scene. We hope to continue

Entrance to jazz evenings is £9 for non-members. For special occasions we can reserve tables and offer discounts for parties of 10 or more.

Membership of the Waterworks Jazz Club is open to anyone. The subscription is £15 a year (to 31st December). Members get a £1 discount each time the come to the club (bigger discount for the Christmas party). They also get a quarterly newsletter by post or email.

Dress code = smart casual. Dress up or dress down - killer heels or trainers.

The Waterworks Jazz Club is a not-for-profit organisation run entirely by volunteers, with funding from the Big Lottery 'Awards for All'.

Waterworks Jazz Club events are held at the Nautical Club in Bishopsgate Street, Birmingham B15 1ET

If you are travelling by train, it is close to Five Ways station; if you're coming by bus, it's near Broad Street and Five Ways. There's a car park in front of the club and on-street parking nearby.

The Nautical Club has its own doorman, just tell him you're coming to the Waterworks Jazz Club and he'll let you in. The room we use has a large dance floor, plenty of seating and a bar with friendly staff. We hope to see you there.
